Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on all UK orders. There is no minimum spend and no extra charge is added at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days of the order being placed.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote areas may take a little longer.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details where available.

Delays and missing parcels

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by the courier or by busy periods. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please email us at ayoubmg1998@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
