Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of the day you receive them.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number.

How to start a return

Email us at ayoubmg1998@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing us. If it has already been dispatched, please follow the returns process above.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
